Desiced Coconut to Coconut Flour
· If using a pan, heat the desiced coconut and stir constantly to even out the heat. Once the color turns cream and you smell the coconut aroma, it is ready. Cool the coconut pulp for 10 to 20 minutes and then place in a blender. Powder the mixture up to the finest texture that your blender can do for you. Your coconut flour is now ready.
